Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To ensure reliable scheduling for our crew and trucks, we require a booking deposit. Please review our terms regarding non-refundable payments and rescheduling prior to your scheduled move date.

Non-Refundable Policy

All booking deposits are 100% non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed, as they cover logistics costs.

Rescheduling Rules

You may reschedule your move up to 72 hours beforehand without forfeiting your deposit, subject to availability.

Cancellations

If you cancel your service, original deposits will not be returned to your payment method or account.
